How a project runs

Every step is agreed in writing. You know the price, the scope and the dates before you pay anything.

  1. 01

    Send a brief

    YouAbout 3 minutes

Tell us about the product, the goal of the video and the materials you have. A brief is only an enquiry: it doesn't reserve time, fix a price or commit you to anything.

  2. 02

    Concept and order confirmation

    UsWithin one business day

We reply by email with a concept and an order confirmation: the price, the deliverables, the dates, the revision round and how we'll stay in touch. Nothing is ordered until you accept it.

  3. 03

    Pay 50% to start

    You

For your first video you pay half the price to start, which is $225 for the pilot. Later orders are paid 100% upfront. There are no subscriptions and no automatic charges.

  4. 04

    Approve the storyboard

    You

We send the storyboard and you approve it before any animation starts. If the storyboard needs to change after approval, we'll tell you how that affects the price and dates and ask first.

  5. 05

    Design and animation

    Us3 business days

We design and animate the video and add music and sound effects. The three days start once the storyboard is approved and we have all the materials.

  6. 06

Preview and one round of revisions

YouUp to 5 business days to review

You get a watermarked preview. Send us one combined set of feedback and we'll make the revisions. Fixes for anything that doesn't match the agreed brief don't count as your revision round.

  7. 07

Your decision on the first video

    Keep the video

    $225

Approve the release in writing and pay the remaining 50% within five business days of the invoice. You get the clean final MP4. After full payment and a short rights document, the rights pass to you.

    Decline it

    $0 more

If you don't like the result, you can decline it. You don't pay the second half. The first 50% covers the work done, and the video isn't released or used.

The option to decline applies to your first video with us. Later orders follow the agreed brief and revision round. Full details are in section 6 of the Service Terms.
