The pilot terms apply once per client, to one video. If your first order is a package, one video in it can be the test video. Not included in the pilot: extra formats, alternative concepts and changes after the storyboard is approved. We quote these before doing them.
Your first video with us is a paid test. It's real work, not a free sample, and it's set up so you carry less of the risk.
You pay 50% to start. We make the full video and send a watermarked preview, with one round of revisions. Then you decide whether to keep it.

No. A brief is only an enquiry. A paid order starts when you accept a written order confirmation with the price, scope and dates.
A demo account, or screenshots and screen recordings of the screens you want to show. Figma files and brand guidelines help if you have them. Please don't send passwords or real customer data. After reading your brief we'll tell you exactly what's missing.
AI and code are part of our production toolkit, the same way editing software is. The video is built from your real interface, and every scene is planned, designed and checked by a person. We don't send your confidential materials to outside AI services without your written approval.
Animation takes 3 business days once the storyboard is approved and we have all the materials. The exact dates are in your order confirmation.
For your first video: 50% to start, after you accept the order confirmation. The other 50% is due only if you decide to keep the video after reviewing the preview. Later orders are paid 100% upfront. No subscriptions and no automatic charges.
You review a watermarked preview and can ask for one round of revisions. If you still don't want your first video, you can decline it: you don't pay the remaining 50%, and the video isn't released or used. The first 50% covers the work done.
Yes. If you cancel before production starts, we refund your advance, minus only third-party costs you approved in advance. Cancellations later in the project are covered in section 8 of the Service Terms.
Once the video is paid in full and the rights document is signed, the rights in the custom video pass to you. Licensed music and other third-party assets stay under their own licences, and we tell you about any limits before delivery.
Only with your separate written permission. Paying for the video or accepting the terms doesn't give us that permission.
Yes. The pilot covers one vertical 9:16 video. Extra formats like 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9 are quoted separately or included in a custom package.
We can't promise sales, conversions or ad approval, and nobody honestly can. We promise a clear, well-made video that explains your product. How it performs depends on your offer, your audience and where you show it.
A brief is only an enquiry. Nothing is ordered or paid until you accept a written order confirmation.
